Battery stuff

• Hyperian 5i charger

  I chose the 5i for several reasons. One it was not too expensive, two it is a common model that the LHSs carry and three, it will charge almost anything. The unit is small and requires a 12v DC power source. I picked up the 5i and LBA10 as a package from B-P-P.com for $100 shipped.

• Hyperian LBA10 6S+ balancer w/XH adapter

  I chose this balancer because it is the logical choice to complement my 5i above. When I initially ordered it I forgot to also order an adapter cable and had to order it seperately. I choose the XH adapter board becuase it will connect to 2s-6s JST connector LiPos. All my LiPos are 3s and have the JST connector (aka E-Sky, E-Flite, Align or Mega Power connector).
