Homework Assignment 14
Due May 1, 2008

  1. Modify your program to simualte a sinusoidal source originating on the left hand side of the transmission line. Make your transmission line long enough to have 10 wavelengths of a 10~kHz sinusoidal signal, with 20 cells per wavelength. (Use a typical RG-58 cable, for which C = 101 pF/m, and L = 252.5 nH/m.)
  2. Using the same cell size, try frequencies of 20 kHz, 50 kHz, and 100 kHz. What happens to the simulation? Why?
