I attended your NSF Microfabrication Laboratory Workshop about 10 years
ago.  I need some wafers for a student lab this fall.  I hope you
still have some.  The class is EE324 Semiconductor Theory and Devices
with 10 students.  We want to do the basic photoresist experiment,
make a contact diode, and a few other basic experiments.  3 inch
wafers will work on our spinner.  Thanks for the help.
