In this lab you will build a display board using two MAN74 7-segment LED arrays. We will use a perf-board as the substrate and attach pin header rows, current-limiting resistors, and the MAN74 to it.
Some instructions will be provided in the prelab lecture. Using that basic info and the documents and pictures below, you will design and build your circuit to the given constraints.
