Technical Review Panel: Electrical Engineering faculty and students
Allotted Presentation Time
(including questions):		 30 minutes
Presentation Equipment Available: computer projector with MS PowerPoint 97 and an overhead projector
Presentation Objective: Present your proposed design solution to a technical review group in order to justify your approach as well as solicit input concerning your design.

Design Review Grading:
  • Presentation (clarity, slide readability, organization, speaker transition, time limit, eye contact, appropriate dress, etc.):
40%
  • Justification and feasibility of design (items listed below):
 50%
  • Ability to answer questions about design:
 10%

Presentation Items:

  • Topics to include:
    • overview of project objective
    • requirements/specifications
    • overview of your proposed design
    • alternative solutions considered and justification of your proposed solution
    • block diagrams good for overview of component/system interconnections
    • manpower allocation
    • estimated power budget
    • estimated budget
    • timeline with milestones
  • Items not to include:
    • very detailed schematics (save these for reports)
