EE Employment

Employment in the NMT Electrical Engineering Department

Each semester the Electical Engineering department hires a staff of Lab Attendants and Teaching Assistants to assist in running and maintaining the EE labs. Occasionally there are other positions available such as technicians, system assistants, research assistants, and other jobs as needed.

For lab work openings and other news please visit the Lab Worker Resources page.

Applications

  • All students interested in working for the EE department, both new hires and returning workers, must fill out an application for employment and a schedule form. They are available from me in the Lab Manager's office or from Carrol in the EE office. You can also download the document here to print, complete and return.   [pdf]   [doc]

  • When you fill out the application be sure to answer all questions thoroughly so we can assign you appropriately. The provided schedule form (page 2 of the application document) must be used - you may not substitute other printed copies of your schedule. Remember to block out class times as well as club meetings and any other regular committments during which you are unavailable for work.
